The meta.ave.fisher function has now been deleted – use
meta.ave.cor.gen

meta.lc.odds has been renamed meta.lc.oddsratio, meta.lm.odds has been
renamed meta.lm.oddsratio, and replicate.ratio.prop2 has been renamed
replicate.propratio2
The se.prop2 and se.prop.ps now use an adjustment that is optimized
for the number of studies in the meta-analysis – note this is a breaking
change, where a parameter for the number of studies must now be
passed.

The standard error for a standardized mean difference with a
weighted variance standardizer in the meta.ave.stdmean2,

options for additional standardizers – note this is a breaking change,
