All occurrences of “logLik” changed to “logLik[1]”” to be compatible
with newer version of the mlogit package.
Last example in vignette not run.

The original pleLMA package depended on the mnlogit package, which
has been archived. The newer version of pleLMA depends on the mlogit and
dfidx packages. The new version has all the same functionalities as the
original package.
