Patch to fix upcoming release of dplyr which depreciates id().

u and v as variables.
Updates to include the native pipe (|>) and other
life cycle improvements from associated updates to
tidyverse packages and contributed github issues.
The phaseplane function now can pass through parameters
of a differential equation.
Correction of the data frame global_temperature - the variables in the data frame were different from the ones listed in the documentation.
Initial preparation and release of package to CRAN.
