In the rendered scatterplot, dashed segments replaced by dotted
segments to improve visual clarity.
In the scatterplot, the category selected via the ‘ref.category’
parameter will be rendered with a colour, whereas the others will be
rendered in grey to help the users focus on the selected category.
Column and row labels are now given the same colour of the
corresponding dots (blue and red respectively).
